These terms apply to the OvaReply website, demo preview and pre-launch service.

Service description

OvaReply provides AI receptionist and enquiry-capture tools for local and appointment-led businesses. The service may include website chat, missed-call follow-up, suggested replies, lead capture, handover workflows and integrations.

Pre-launch status

Some features may be in demo, beta or setup-dependent form. Website chat and missed-call follow-up are the safest launch features. Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp and calendar support may require third-party permissions, account setup or additional configuration.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for checking replies, keeping prices and service details accurate, and deciding which messages should be handled by a human.

No guarantee

OvaReply is designed to help capture enquiries and improve response speed, but it cannot guarantee bookings, revenue, customer behaviour or third-party platform availability.
